What is MikroSheets?

MikroSheets is a small spreadsheet app that runs in the browser. It is built for local workbooks, regular spreadsheet grids, and structured tables that behave more like records.
There is no account flow. Open the app, create or switch between local workbooks in the library, and export a JSON backup when you need a portable copy.
What Is Included
Section titled “What Is Included”- A local workbook library saved in browser storage.
- Multi-sheet workbooks with freeform grids and structured tables.
- Freeform cells with formulas, formatting, sorting, fill handles, paste from spreadsheet tools, and conditional rules.
- Structured tables with field types, records, saved views, filters, sorting, grouping, links, lookups, and grid-cell references.
- Cell comments, named revisions, print, CSV import/export, and MikroSheets JSON backup/restore.
Local Storage
Section titled “Local Storage”MikroSheets stores workbook data in the browser’s local database for the current site. This keeps the app simple and private by default, but local browser storage is not the same thing as a durable file or cloud workspace.
The current app is local-only. It does not provide accounts, remote sharing, or server sync.
Good Fits
Section titled “Good Fits”MikroSheets works well for budgets, launch trackers, task lists, lightweight inventories, project tables, and small internal data sets. Use a freeform sheet for flexible spreadsheet work. Use a structured table when rows represent records with named fields and reusable views.
